Hadith No.16
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said : a man said to the prophet :
"Counsel me". He said : " Do not become angry". The man repeated [his request] several times, and he said: "Do not become angry ".

HADEETH SIXTEEN:DO NOT GET ANGRY
1- Exhorting one another to patience and endurance.
2- Controlling oneself by remembering the consequences of anger and the virtue of restraining anger by saying: I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Devil.
3- At time of anger one should:
a. Perform Ablution
b. Change the condition that aroused anger
c. Resort to silence
d. Remember Allah's might and power
e. Remember Allah's leniency with his worshipers
4- Anger is a source of wrong-doing for it leads to the loss of mind.
5- Don't get angry.
